FRANCES FRANKLIN Passed away peacefully at the age of 89. Frances was predeceased by her son Raymond. She is survived by her loving son Trevor, and numerous grandchildren. Frances was born in Pine River, Manitoba, one of ten children. She married Vivian Franklin and had two sons, Raymond and Trevor. Mom cherished the times that she spent with her son Trevor and her grandchildren, especially the outings they took together to Lockport, as well as one of Moms favourite spots Jims Fish & Chips. She will be dearly missed by Trevor and his family. GOD SAW YOU GETTING WEARY God saw you getting weary, And a cure was not to be. He knew that you were suffering, So He wrapped you in His loving arms, And He closed your weary eyes. He did what He thought was best, He came and stood beside you, And whispered "Come and rest, peace be thine." You suffered much in silence, Your spirit did not bend, You faced your pain with courage, Until the very end. You tried so hard to stay with us, Your fight was all in vain, God took you in His loving arms And saved you from much more pain. Our hearts still ache with sadness, And secret tears will flow, For what it meant to lose you, No one will ever know. Peace be yours dear Mom Its sweet to breathe your name, As in life we loved you, So in death we do the same. Someday, we know not when, We will meet you again. A graveside service will be held at Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens, 4000 Portage Ave., on Saturday, October 16 at 11:00 a.m. Arrangements entrusted to: CHAPEL LAWN FUNERAL HOME CEMETERY AND CREMATORIUM 885-9715
