Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryRICHARD JAMES HEPNER Rick our beloved father, grandfather, and friend passed away quietly on October 5, 1999 at 6:25 a.m. at the Health Sciences Center. Survived by his brother; daughter Tammy Rouxel (DAoust) son Randy Krieger; daughter-in-law Dennis Krieger; grandchildren Sarah, Anderz, Cindy, cousin Sharon Peters and many other dearly beloved relatives and friends. The family would like to extend thanks to all the individuals who were involved in Richards medical care, as well as to the friends and acquaintances who were there to lend support during this trying time. Funeral arrangements pending.
