RALPH DUNCAN McARTHUR It is with great sadness, the family announces the passing of Ralph Duncan McArthur, aged 68, on Saturday, October 3, 1999 in Edmonton, AB. He leaves to mourn his two sons, Ralph Jr. of Edmonton and Cameron James of London, England; his mother Frances Nicholson; sister Barbara Wood and sons, Richard, Bruce, David and Scott and their families; sister Joan Bogart and her daughters, Bobbie and Jamie and their families; his Uncle Ed, other cousins and in-laws. Ralph was predeceased by his wife Elaine; his father Ralph Sr.; brothers-in-law, Wilf (Bud) Wood and Marcel Bogart. Ralph was born and educated in Winnipeg. He spent time in Korea with the PPCLI, on his return, he joined the RCAF and flew Hercules all over the world until his retirement in Edmonton. Ralph was a great sport enthusiast, Winnipeg Blue Bombers were still his favourite team. His greatest enjoyment came from music. At his request cremation will take place and private memorial services will be held in both Edmonton and Winnipeg. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of your choice.
