SHARON ELAINE EVELYN GRUENER (nee WELCH) Mrs. Sharon Gruener, beloved wife of Richard Gruener, passed away peacefully at the Concordia Hospital on Friday, October 8, 1999 with her family by her side. Sharon will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her husband Richard and her children, Ryan (Debbie) and Reagan; her mother Angeline Welch; one sister-in-law Faye Welch and her family; her special friend Lyn Lanigan and by Richards family. She was predeceased by her father George Welch and by her brother Robert. In accordance with her wishes, cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, October 13 in Peace Lutheran Church, 350 Gilmore Ave. with Pastor Brad Schollenberg officiating. Inurnment will follow in Holy Angel Mausoleum at Green Acres Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, donations in Mrs. Grueners memory may be made to the Manitoba Cancer Treatment and Research Foundation, 100 Olivia St., Winnipeg, MB, R3E 9Z9 or to the Peace Lutheran Church Memorial Fund, c/o Peace Lutheran Church, 350 Gilmore Ave., Winnipeg, MB, R2G 2B7.
