CECILIA ROULETTE November 3, 1945 - October 12, 1999 Peacefully on Tuesday, October 12, 1999, Cecilia Roulette passed away at her residence in Portage la Prairie. Cecilia resided at the Manitoba Developmental Centre located in Portage la Prairie and she will be sadly missed by the staff and friends she had made there over the years. Cecilia will be lovingly remembered and sadly missed by her mother Elizabeth Anderson (Roulette) sisters, Julie Taylor, Florence Roulette and Marie Roulette; brothers, Melvin Roulette, Ben Roulette, Eloi Roulette, Ken Roulette, James Roulette and Wayne Roulette. Cecilia was predeceased by her father Alfred Roulette, her stepfather Edwin Anderson and her sister Rose Roulette. Our family would like to thank the doctors, nurses and staff at the Manitoba Developmental Centre for the excellent care they provided for Cecilia. Anyone who wishes to join us in remembering Cecilias life is welcome to join us at her memorial. The memorial will be held Friday, October 15 at the Aspen Worship Centre, located in Portage la Prairie at the Manitoba Developmental Centre, 840 3rd N.E. Service will begin at 1:30 p.m.
