KAPLAN (SHARPE) Peacefully, on October 10, 1999, at Deer Lodge Centre, Eileen passed away at the age of 92, following a long and fulfilling life. Eileens memory will be cherished by her family; daughter Val Turnbull (Gary Howes) grandchildren, Leanne Pooley (Dean), Lori King (Allan), Scott Turnbull (Sabine) their father, Ray Turnbull and great-grandchildren, Ella and Grace Pooley, Lucas, Myles and Noah King and Sofia and Steffen Turnbull. She was predeceased by her husband Harry A. in 1951 and her brother Alvin (Bud) Sharpe in 1966. A graveside service was held for Eileen on October 11, at 2:00 p.m. with interment at the Shaary Zedek Memorial Park. The Family wishes to thank the caring and compassionate nurses at Deer Lodge Centre, Victoria Hospital Geriatric Medical Unit and South Winnipeg Home Care Services. In lieu of flowers, donations to Eileens memory may be made to a charity of your choice.
