Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryELIZABETH FRIESEN On Friday, October 15, 1999 at Bethesda Hospital in Steinbach, Mrs. Elizabeth Friesen of Winnipeg, formerly of Steinbach and Niverville passed away at the age of 80 years. She leaves to cherish her memory her husband Russell Toronchuk of Winnipeg; three daughters, Nettie and Jake Peters of Mitchell, Doreen and Ed Wiebe of Winnipeg, Lorna and Nazim Khan of Steinbach; 11 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; one sister Anna Hiebert of Paraguay; many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her first husband Wm. L. Friesen, three brothers and three sisters. Funeral service will be held on Monday, October 18 at 2:00 p.m. at the Niverville Chortitzer Mennonite Church with Pastor Jac Doerksen officiating. Interment will follow in the Niverville Cemetery. Viewing will be held at the church prior to the service. Donations in her memory may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Manitoba.
