Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryHELEN LEMOINE (LINN) Helen Lemoine passed away peacefully at the Riverview Health Centre, October 14, 1999, with her loved ones at her side. Born December 21, 1912 in Greenmount, Sask. Predeceased by her beloved husband Albert; her brothers, Christian and Hubert; her sisters, Rose and Margaret. Left to mourn are sisters, Louise, Clara and Florence (Armand) sisters-in-law, Emma Linn and Yvonne Lemoine; many nieces and nephews, including special niece Linn Kuziw and her son Spencer. Helen was an R.N. for 30 years, having taught Pediatric Nursing at St. Boniface Hospital for 25 years. Helen was one of the founding members of the Youville Foundation started by the Grey Nuns of St. Boniface Hospital. After her retirement from nursing, Helen took ballroom dancing and was soon winning gold medals for her performances. Helen started a foundation for blind dancers in 1968. Funeral service will be held on Monday, October 18 at 3:00 p.m. from Green Acres Funeral Chapel, Hwy. No. 1 East at Navin Road. Interment will follow in Green Acres Memorial Gardens. The family would like to thank the Riverview Health Centre for the excellent care Helen received, including all the interesting activities executed with love and compassion. Flowers gratefully declined. Donations to Riverview Care Center, 1 Morley Ave., Winnipeg, MB R3L 2P4, in Helens name gratefully accepted at AB2 or CD1 where Helen has spent her last years.
