HILDA ROSE PEEBLES It is with deep sorrow and sadness that we the family announce the peaceful passing of Hilda Rose Peebles on the morning of Sunday, October 17, 1999 at the Womens Centre, Winnipeg, MB. Hilda Peebles, aged 37 years of Little Black River, MB. She leaves to cherish her memory her children, Ryan, Ashley and Roxanne. Also surviving are sisters, Olive (Les), Elsie (George), Mabel (Alex), Anne, Mildred and Colleen and by brothers, Raymond, Orton (Anita), Jonas (Muriel), Stanford (Lisa), Ron and Willard; as well as numerous nieces and nephews, relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her parents, Mary and Leonard Peebles; a sister Lillian and her brother Leonard. Wake services will be held at Hildas home in Little Black River beginning Monday, October 18. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, October 21 at 2:00 p.m. from the St. Georges Anglican Church, Little Black River, MB with Rev. Andrew Sinclair and Rev. Nancy Bruyere officiating. Interment in the parish cemetery. Pallbearers will be Morgan, Charles, Ronald, Chris, Olive and Muriel. The family would like to thank the staff of the Womens Hospital WR5 and to volunteer Sheila Russell, nurse Brenda Sanderson, special friend Grace Starr and to the V.O.N. nurses for the compassion shown to Hilda during her illness.
