STEVE TOMSIK Peacefully, on Saturday, October 16, 1999 at the Health Sciences Centre, Steve Tomsik passed away at the age of 73 years. Steve was predeceased by his sister in Yugoslavia. He will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his daughters, Elizabeth Gasparovsky and her two daughters in Yugoslavia, Kathy Putic and her son in Austria; sister Elizabeth Tomsik and her family and cousin Mary Vrapcina and her family all of Edmonton; good friends, Eva and Adam Janco and Mato Sikora from Winnipeg. Steve owned and operated Superior Autobody for 35 years until his retirement. He took great pride in operating his business and her cherished all the friends that he made there. Steve was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion #141 for many years. Prayers will be said on Wednesday, October 20 at 7:00 p.m. in the chapel of Glen Eden Funeral Home, 4477 Main Street. Funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 21 at 10:00 a.m. also in the chapel. Interment Glen Eden Memorial Gardens. A gathering of family and friends will follow in the Glen Eden Reception Centre. Thank you to the staff of the 4th floor, Health Sciences Centre for the wonderful care given to Steve.
