Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryJOSEPH A. SNEZYK Peacefully, passed away at Riverview Health Centre on Friday, October 22, 1999, at the age of 75 years. He was predeceased by Rose, his wife in 1988, sister Helen Ronald, brother Rudy, cousin Joe Snezyk, brother-in-law Walter Szadorski and wife Alice. Joseph leaves to mourn his only son John and daughter-in-law Renee; dearest to his heart, his granddaughters, Stephanie, age 8 and Samantha, age 5. He also leaves behind to cherish his memory, sister Geniveve; brother Louie (B.C.) and special friend Anna Blazeiko, Sandra and family. He will be sadly missed by family and friends who were dear to his heart, cousins, Bertha Anderson and family (Ont.), Carrie Churush and family, Mary Snezyk and family; sisters-in-law Francis Szadorski, June and Nick Brongel and family (Montreal) nieces and nephews, Rose-Marie (Tino), Wayne (Nina), Stan, Janice, Linda and their families. Joe was born on February 11, 1924 in Winnipeg. He spent 46 years working at Ancast Foundry. Joe was a kind, loving and compassionate Husband, Dad, Grampa, Brother, Friend, Godfather and Uncle who enjoyed his family and friends. He enjoyed bowling and loved to watch all sports. Joe was long time parishioner of the St. John Cantius Roman Catholic Church. The family would like to thank the staff at Riverview Health Centre, Seven Oaks Hospital (fifth floor), Fr. Henryk Uczniak for their care and compassion. Prayers will be said on Tuesday, October 26 at 7:00 p.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main St. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, October 27 at 10:00 a.m. at St. John Cantius Roman Catholic Church, 846 Burrows Avenue with Fr. Henryk Uczniak officiating. Interment will follow in Holy Ghost Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Josephs name to the Canadian Cancer Society, 193 Sherbrook St., Winnipeg, Man., R3C 9Z9. CROPO FUNERAL CHAPEL in care of arrangements - 586-8044.
