MIYUKI SHIMOJI Passed away peacefully at the Chelsey Park Nursing Home in Mississauga, ON, on Monday, October 4, 1999 at the age of 91 years. Predeceased by her husband Shigeto in June, 1981; daughter June in January, 1953 and son-in-law Bob Campbell in January, 1991. She will be lovingly remembered by her children, Tom (Joyce) of Winnipeg, MB, Kim (John) Fukumoto of Tees, AB, Louise Campbell of Estevan, SK, Rose Shimoji of Guelph, ON, Sally (George) Nishikawa of Mississauga, ON, Ed (Gail) of Stoney Creek, ON, Lily (Wes) Nelson of Victoria, BC; 18 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren. She is survived by two sisters, Misao Kamiji and Mitsuru Onji of Japan. Memorial services will be held at the Manitoba Buddish Church, 825 Winnipeg Ave. on October 29 at 8:00 p.m. with Rev. F. Ulrich officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the charity of your choice.
