WILLIAM (BILL) JOHN DUNBAR On Wednesday, October 27, 1999, at the Portage District General Hospital, William (Bill) John Dunbar of Oakville, Manitoba, beloved husband of Ora Dunbar, passed away at the age of 61 years. Funeral service will be held at the Newton Community Fellowship Church, Newton, Manitoba on Saturday, October 30 at 1:30 p.m. Interment will follow in the family plot at Oakville Cemetery. Predeceased by his father Jack in 1980, he leaves to mourn his passing his mother Jannette; his wife Ora; son Brent, all of Oakville; daughters, Tammy of Carman and Oralea (Rod) Marquardt of Turks and Caicos Islands in the British West Indies. Also surviving are his brother Gary (Michelle) of Elie; his sisters, Inez (Jack) Stephen of Elie and Marlene Fehr of Gladstone, several nieces and nephews. He will be sadly missed by special friends Bill (Hop) and Judy McDonald of St. Catharines, Ontario. Friends may call at the Omega Funeral Home, 83 Royal Road South, Portage la Prairie, for visitation on Friday evening from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Should friends so desire memorial donations may be made to the Manitoba Cancer Treatment and Research Foundation, 100 Olivia Street, Winnipeg, Manitoba R3E 9Z9.
