ETHEL MAY LANE Mrs. Ethel May Lane, suddenly and peacefully died on Tuesday, October 26, 1999. Born March, 1923 to Jonas and Ada Padley, Ethel lived her entire life in St. James. Ethel will be lovingly remembered by her husband Fred; identical twin sister Doris Olson; daughter Susan (Niels, Jamie, Jennifer and Kevin) son Graham (Marie, Lisa, Allison, Matthew, Robin and Andrew) nephews, nieces and many friends. She is predeceased by her parents; brother Calvert; and sister Kathleen. Ethel was a volunteer at Oakview Place and her former long time associates took very good care of her the past year. She was a long-term member of St. James Anglican Church, serving faithfully in the Altar Guild. A Funeral service will be held at the St. James Anglican Church, 195 Collegiate on Friday, October 29, at 10:30 a.m. with Canon John Caird officiating.
