DAVE BENNER It is with profound sadness we announce the passing of our husband, father and all around good guy. Dave left us on October 28, 1999 without any suffering and for this we will be eternally grateful. Dave is survived by his loving wife Elaine; his son Tim; daughter Heather and son-in-law Dave; and his many relatives. Dave worked for many years, until their closing, at Motorways where he made many friends. Dave later worked for TCT Logistics where he met up with some of his Motorways co-workers. Daves love in life was his family and his sports. He played hockey for a good part of his life as well as golf. Rest in Peace Dave. We know you are having a wonderful time chatting to all the sports legends who have passed on. We love you. Funeral services will be held on Monday, November 1 at 2:30 p.m. at Thomson Funeral Chapels, 669 Broadway with Rose Ferries officiating. A private family interment will be held. Flowers are gratefully declined. A contribution in Daves memory may be made to the Childrens Wish Foundation, 350 St. Mary Ave., Winnipeg, MB, R3C 3J2 or a charity of ones choice.
