MAURICE (MO) CLARK Passed away at home near Cooks Creek surrounded by his family, after a courageous year long battle with cancer at the age of 52. He was predeceased by his father Russell in 1987; mother Grace in 1988; father-in-law James Sinclair in 1996. Mo is survived by his loving family; his wife Madeline; sons, Michael (Robynn) and Marty; sister Joan (Ed) Smith; brother Glen (Lorna) Clark; mother-in-law Anne Sinclair; sisters-in-law, Barb (Barry) McLachlan; Edna (Rod) Kleckner; very dear nieces and nephews and their families, Trevor (Karen) Smith, Karen (Doug) Griffin, Dale (Jennifer) Clark, Leanne (Kevin) Seniuk; Shelaine (Bill) Strom, Jaydene McLachlan (Dave), like his own Dana and Craig Hamilton; many special relatives, close friends and colleagues who have supported us in the past year. Mo was born on June 4, 1947 at Neepawa, Manitoba. He received his education at Clarksville School and Neepawa Collegiate. Mo joined the Winnipeg Police Service in 1967, retiring after 27 years of serviced as Sergeant II. In his retirement he thoroughly enjoyed his work as an Investigator at Crystal Casino. Mo was a loving and devoted husband, a proud father and a faithful friend. He will be sadly missed. Cremation has taken place. Memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 30 at 11:00 a.m. from Thomson Funeral Chapels, 669 Broadway Avenue, Winnipeg. The family would like to extend a special thanks to both Springfield and Beausejour Home Care; Dr. Macek, the Cancer Clinic, and our families and friends. Flowers gratefully declined.
