EILEEN PIDLUBNY It is with sadness that we announce the passing of our dear mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, Eileen Pidlubny, on October 30, 1999 at the Central Park Lodge, Edmonton St., at the age of 91 years. Eileen is survived by her daughters, Irene Holmes (Richard) and Marian Sutherland (Hugh W.) four grandchildren, Elaine Holmes, Robert (Barb), Allison Harder (Berni), and Michael (Mel) four great-grandchildren, Valerie, Amanda, Camryn, and Maya. Eileen is also survived by her sister Gertrude Smith and her family. Eileen was predeceased by her husband Nicholas, in 1963 and her brother Nicholas Kostick. Funeral services for Eileen will be held at the St. Saviours Anglican Church, 690 Munroe Ave. at Grey St. in East Kildonan on Wednesday, November 3 at 11:00 a.m. Rev. Richard Condo will officiate. Interment will take place in Glen Eden Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Richard Holmes, Robert Holmes, Berni Harder, Ken Smith, Jim Smith, and Wilf Leeson. The family wishes to thank the staff at Central Park Lodge for their care of Mother, especially Judy Thompson and Marguerite Markwart who so capably and lovingly attended to her needs over the course of many years. Those wishing to do so may make a donation in Eileens memory to the Alzheimer Society, 120 Donald St., Winnipeg, R3C 4G2 or to a charity of ones choice. Rest in peace with Nicholas.
