Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryANTONIA (TINA) KOZMINCHUK It is with great sadness that we announce Tina Kozminchuk passed away at the Grace General Hospital on October 29, 1999. Tina was born on August 4, 1906 at Brokenhead, Manitoba, the last surviving daughter of Danylo and Anastasia Kisiow. Mother was a very active person who loved to be around people. Her family were her pride and joy. She also took pride in her home, in her garden and enjoyed her hobbies of sewing and crocheting. Mom liked going out for rides in the country and enjoyed nature. Mom retired from the Childrens Hospital after 17 years of service. She also worked for the Masonic Temple Catering and home care services. Tina is survived by her loving family Pauline Skiba, Rosie, Bernice Mazur (Anatole), Ted, Phyllis Doran (Joe), Victor (Dorothy), Brian (Jacqueline) numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Tina was predeceased in 1958 by her husband Michael, who loved her dearly; beloved daughter Marilyn in 1997; grandson Philip in 1962; her parents; brothers, Sam, John and William; sisters, Pauline and Mary; son-in-law Walter Skiba; sisters-in-law, Nettie, Bella and Lillian. Prayers will be sung 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, November 2 at Korban Funeral Chapel, 907 Main St. Divine Liturgy will be celebrated 10:30 a.m., Wednesday, November 3 at St. Andrews Ukrainian Catholic Church, 160 Euclid Ave. with Rt. Rev. Msgr. J. Holowaty officiating. Interment to follow in All Saints Cemetery. The family wishes to thank Dr. Oscar Domke and Grace Hospital nursing staff for their care and compassion, and Homecare attendants, Elizabeth and Shirley. Flowers are gratefully declined.
