Mona Bernice Ray of RR 5 Belleville at age 64. Beloved wife of James Phillip Ray who passed away September 24, 1999. Daughter of Gerald and Marion Swan and the late Keitha Swan. Dear mother of Joanne Cleary and her husband Todd of RR 6 Belleville and Steven Ray at home. Loving grandmother of Mitchell Cleary. Dear sister of Wilma Huffman and her husband Carman, Ralph Swan and his wife Shirley, Wanda Clare and her husband Ivan of Belleville, Erma Martin and her husband Duaane of Kingston, Beryl Colby and her husband Vern, Blanche Swan and her friend Gary Boyle of Toronto, Muriel McGee and her husband Milton of Ottawa, Audrey Bulmer and her husband Gord of Oshawa, Bruce Swan and his late wife Gloria of Souris, Man., step-sister Katherine Clarke and her husband Ted of Nova Scotia, Colleen Gorman and her husband Eric, Jean Tomaso and her husband Rob of Ottawa; dear daughter-in-law to Philip and Bernice Ray and sister-in-law to Donna and Carman Dafoe of Belleville, also remembered by nieces and nephews. Funeral arrangements in the care of Belleville Funeral Home and Chapel, 68 North Front Street, Belleville. At the request of the family, there will be no visitation. A Memorial Service for James and Mona Ray will be held Saturday, November 13 at 1: 00 p.m. in Westminster United Church. Rev. Ken Lewis officiating. Interment of ashes were previously held at Belleville Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy donations to Dr. Jeffrey Kingston General Hospital Oncology Department or the Westminster United Church Elevator Fund would be appreciated by the family.
