LEONA (TONI) MARION EVANS (nee VANDALE) Peacefully, after a lengthy illness on Friday, November 5, 1999 at her residence, Toni, beloved wife of Howard of Winnipeg, Manitoba. Besides her husband Howard, she leaves to mourn her memory her daughters, Judy Carlin (Serge) and Trudy Naylor; son, Marc Evans (Jennifer) four grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; sister, Lorraine Livingston (John), as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Toni was predeceased by her daughter, Sharon; her parents; three sisters, Eva Boyer, Bernice Bartlett and Dolores Schultz and three brothers, Wilfred, Eddie and Ralph Vandale. For those who wish, viewing will be held on Tuesday, November 9 from 7:00 - 8:00 p.m., in Wojciks Funeral Chapel, 2157 Portage Avenue at Sharp Boulevard. Tonis Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, November 10, at 1:30 p.m., also in Wojciks Funeral Chapel. Interment will take place in St. Boniface Cemetery. We the family, would like to express a special thanks to Dr. Wilfred Albi for his care and concern for Mrs. Evans over the years.
