Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryCHANGE OF TIME ANN JANE (JEAN) BATEMAN (nee HILL) Peacefully on Tuesday, November 2, 1999 at the Grace Hospital, Ann Jane (Jean) Bateman at the age of 97 years. Born in Kenora, Ontario and came to Winnipeg in the early 1920s where she has resided ever since. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law Louise and Donald McLachlan; grandchildren Bruce McLachlan and Colleen Fraser (Greg) great-grandchildren Jane and Grace Fraser; also her sister Marguerite Dudgeon of St. Paul Minn. and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Harold in 1984; sisters Florence and Mary; brothers Patrick, John, Andrew and Joe. Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will take place on Wednesday, November 10 at 2:30 p.m. at the Eastern Star Chalet, 525 Cathcart St. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Eastern Star Chalet, 525 Cathcart St., Winnipeg, MB, R3R 0S6.
