BRIAN JOHNSON Mr. Richard "Brian" Johnson is survived by his mother Rosa Johnson of Stonewall, Manitoba and predeceased by his father Clifford. Family members who celebrate his life are his wife Marion Johnson; son, Geoff, Lisa Best and grandson Matthew; daughter Naomi Johnson; granddaughter, Amanda and great granddaughter Mykala, youngest daughter Catherine Hilditch; son-in-law Robert and granddaughter Emily. He is also survived by his brother and sister-in-law Ken and Joan Johnson; two sisters and brothers-in-law Sheron and Michael Van den Bosch, and Marilyn and Ron Seymour, as well as Roberta Johnson and numerous nieces and nephews. Brian will be remembered by his gentlemanly approach to everyone he encountered. He was a true hero and friend to everyone, and will be missed by all. Funeral Services will be held at Cathedral Church Of The Redeemer (218-7th Avenue S.E., Calgary, Alberta) on Monday, November 8 at 1:30 p.m. with the Very Rev. Robert T. Pynn officiating. If friends so desire, memorial tributes may be made directly to the Tom Baker Cancer Centre, c/o Alberta Cancer Foundation, 1331-29th Street, N.W., Calgary, Alberta T2N 4N2.
