ISABELLA SKELTON On Friday, November 5, 1999 at the Carman Memorial Hospital, Isabella Skelton aged 103, beloved wife of the late Harry Floyd Skelton of Carman, Man. Isabella was born is Greenock, Scotland on July 7, 1896, and moved to Canada as a young child. She met Floyd Skelton in Elgin, Man., and they were married on May 16, 1917. Isabella is survived by two daughter, Mrs. Irene Grantham of Carman and Mrs. Ruby Ormiston of Naramata, B.C. and by four sons, Orvis (Spud) of Carman, Alex of Duncan, B.C., Fred of Roseisle, Man., and Terry of Parksville B.C. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren and by 17 great great-grandchildren. Isabella is predeceased by her husband Floyd Skelton; by one sister Nellie Morgan and by two brothers William and James McMaster. Funeral Service will be held from the Carman United Church in Carman, Man., on Tuesday, November 9 at 4:00 p.m. with Rev. Wayne Larstone officiating. Interment will take place in the family plot in Greenwood Cemetery Carman, Man.
