LESTER IRA VINCENT December 3, 1912 - November 6, 1999 Lester passed away on November 6, 1999 at Deer Lodge Centre. Lester was born in Saskatoon, Sask. and grew up on a farm near Saskatoon. Lester joined the Royal Canadian Air Force and was stationed in England during The Second World War. On his return to Canada he established X-L Refrigeration and operated it until his retirement in 1985. He was predeceased by his parents, Edward and Lillian Vincent; brother Kenneth Ray; brother-in-law, Isaac Derksen and sister-in-law, Hilda. He is survived by his wife, Helen; children, Pat (Phil), Wendy (Jim), James (Renate) and Ina (Weldon) his sister Gwen Oxenforth (Robert) and his brother Orville; grandchildren, Tim, Tyler, Nicole, Caitlin, James, Neil, Rachel and Nathaniel. A graveside service for family and friends will be held on Tuesday, November 9 at 11:00 a.m. at Chapel Lawn Cemetery, 4000 Portage Ave. The family would like to thank the wonderful staff of T7 at Deer Lodge Centre.
