CATHERINE DAVEDIUK (SAWINSKI) November 6, 1910 - November 7, 1999 Catherine Davediuk, age 89 years, peacefully passed away on November 7, 1999, at Riverview Health Centre in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Catherines memory will be cherished by her surviving nephews and nieces, Elizabeth (Chris) Todosichuk, Peter (Diana) Peloski, Jim Sawinski, Donna Sawinski, Carol (Tony) Sousa, Wally (Alice) Bilan, Nelda (Frank) Stecky and their respective families. She will be lovingly remembered by other extended family members and friends. Catherine was predeceased by her parents, Frank and Tekla (nee Soltyp) Sawinski; her four sisters, Francis Peloski, Rose Borkowski, Mary Gashyna and Anne Bilan; two brothers, Jim and Joe Sawinski and three infant siblings. She was also predeceased by her husband, John Davediuk. Prayers will be held on Tuesday, November 9 at 8:00 p.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main Street. The Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, November 10 at 10:00 a.m. also at Cropo Funeral Chapel. Interment will follow at Elmwood Cemetery. The pallbearers will be Chris M. Todosichuk, Dwayne Peloski, Frank Stecky, Peter Peloski and Ted Peloski. The family considers everyone in attendance as honorary pallbearers.
