CORNELIUS B. DOELL 1907 - 1999 On Sunday, November 7, 1999 at his home in Winkler, Cornelius B. Doell, aged 92 years, of Winkler, formerly of Plum Coulee, went to his eternal rest. He was predeceased by his beloved wife Annie (nee Hildebrand) in May of 1999; three sisters; and three brothers. He leaves to mourn his passing two daughters, Evelina and husband John Driedger of Winnipeg, Viola and husband Rodney Banman of Calgary; seven sons, Harvey and wife Anne of Sarnia, ON, Art and wife Edda of Winnipeg, Donald and wife Mary of Winnipeg, Gerry and wife Virginia of Calgary, Cliff and wife Leslee of Altona, Leonard and wife Kathy of Winnipeg, Edwin and wife Vera of Prince Albert, SK; 24 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren; two sisters, Tina and husband Lawrence Hiebert of Winkler, Mary and husband George Dyck of Steinbach; two brothers, John and wife Mary Doell of Morris, Ben Doell of Morden; two sisters-in-law, Helen (Dave) Doell of Winkler, and Helen (Abe) Doell of Winkler. Public viewing will be held at Wiebe Funeral Home Winkler (121 8th St.) Tuesday and Wednesday from 1:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. and at the church prior to the service. Funeral service will be held on Thursday, November 11 at Plum Coulee Bergthaler Mennonite Church with Rev. Henry Neufeld and Rev. Dave Adrian officiating. Interment will follow at the Plum Coulee Cemetery. If friends so desire, donations may be made to the Billy Graham Evangelism Association. Wiebe Funeral Home Winkler in care of arrangements.
