ZENNIE ZABUDNY Peacefully passed away at home surrounded by his loving family on November 10, 1999. He was predeceased by his wife Shirley; son Jeff and father Nicholas. Zennie will be missed by his mother Jean; brother Russel; sisters Verna (Peter) son Craig (Helen) and grandson Donovan; son Mark (Susanne) daughter Audra (Darryl) and daughter-in-law Dawn. He also leaves to mourn many nieces, nephews, cousins, uncles, aunts and many friends. Zennie was born on December 21, 1928 in the Interlake area where he grew up and worked for many years. He met the love of his life, Shirley, whom he later married in 1961. They settled in Winnipeg to raise their family of four children. Zennie was a devoted employee for Cambrian Excavators for 28 years until his retirement at the age of 64. He was a quiet gentle person who enjoyed spending time with his family. He will be missed by all who knew him. Funeral service will take place at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 13 in the chapel of Glen Eden Funeral Home, 4477 Main St. A gathering of family and friends will follow in the Glen Eden Reception Centre.
