Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryALEXANDER FRANK ZALESKI June 20, 1915 - November 9, 1999 Peacefully, on November 9 at the Deer Lodge Centre Alec Zaleski passed away. He was predeceased by his wife Alice, sister Ivy, brothers Stan and Tony. He is survived by his sister Sophie; sons Dean, Allan and wife Maureen; granddaughters Terri and Jenny. Also left to remember his passing are long-time friends Bob McGrath and Johnny Kozakevich and their families. He was a kind, gentle person who led a simple life - student, soldier, carpenter. Light on his feet, he was a great dancer, superb cook and a master craftsman. His last years were made more comfortable with the assistance of the Department of Veterans Affairs, Home Care, Meals-on-Wheels, Lifeline, Grace and Misericordia Hospitals. For the last four months the staff of T-6 at the Deer Lodge Centre provided him with exemplary care. The family extends their appreciation to all who aided him. At his request, there will be no service. Family and friends are invited to join in a Remembrance Gathering on Saturday, November 13 at the Deer Lodge Centre, 2109 Portage Avenue. Please join us in the centres SOLARIUM from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Flowers are gratefully declined. If family and friends so wish, memorial donations to the Deer Lodge Centre or the Humane Society would be appreciated. REST IN PEACE, DEAR FATHER, WE WILL REMEMBER
