OLIVE BUTTSMAN Mrs. Olive Buttsman, aged 76 years, dearly beloved wife of Paul Smerski of Beausejour, passed away peacefully at the Beausejour Hospital on Thursday, November 11, 1999 after a courageous battle with cancer. She will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by her husband Paul; daughter Darlene Perry of Edmonton, AB; sons, Reg (Brenda) and Terry of Beausejour, MB; her grandchildren and great grandchildren; brother Morris Hnatiuk (Lena) of Tyndall, MB; sisters, Sophie Chercoe (John) of Winnipeg, Kay Storozuk of Dauphin, MB, Vera Colmer of Beausejour and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband William Buttsman in 1969; her daughter Phyllis in 1991 and her son Garry in 1999. Cremation has taken place. A private family memorial service will be held. The family wishes to thank Dr. Corder, Dr. Schmidt and all of the nurses and staff of the Beausejour Hospital for their kindness and care. In lieu of flowers, if friends so desire, donations in her memory may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or to the Beausejour & District Hospital.
