ANNA KLASSEN On November 10, 1999 at Bethania Personal Care Home, Anna Klassen died at the age of 84 years. She is survived by one daughter Kathy Klassen; three sons, Hans (Mary), Gerhard (Hilda), Herman (Janis) nine grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren. She is further survived by two sisters, Justina Dyck and Agneta Friesen. Anna was predeceased by her husband, Johann and one grandson, Walter. Special thanks to the staff at Bethania for their care and compassion and to those who visited her. Funeral service will be held on Monday, November 15 at 10:30 a.m. at Sargent Avenue Mennonite Church, 926 Garfield St., with Rev. Edwin Epp and Rev. Martin Friesen officiating. Interment to follow in Springstein Cemetery. Viewing on Sunday, November 14 from 7:00 - 8:00 p.m. at Klassen Funeral Chapel, 1897 Henderson Hwy., and at the church prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, if friends desire, donations may be made to the Faith and Life Communications Frohe Botschaft radio program, 200-600 Shaftsbury Blvd., Winnipeg, MB R3P 2J1 or to the Canadian Diabetes Association, 102-310 Broadway, Winnipeg, MB R3C 0S6.
