MARTHA SCHROEDER Departed suddenly and peacefully on November 9, 1999 at the age of 86 years. She was predeceased by her husband Adalbert. She leaves to mourn her five children, Emil (Rita) Schroeder of Winnipeg, Erika Kraft of Surrey, BC, Edwine (Manfred) Lindner of Weigendorf, Germany, Erich (Inge) Schroeder of Winnipeg, and Amonika (Daryl) Schroeder-Collen of Kaleden, BC; her 10 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. The family would like to thank the staff at Bethania Haus and Concordia Hospital for their care and compassion. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Bethania Haus, 1060 Kimberley Avenue, Winnipeg, MB, R2K 4J7. Prayers and viewing from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Sunday, November 14 at Bardal Funeral Home, 843 Sherbrook Street. Funeral services to be held Monday, November 15 at 1:30 p.m. in the chapel of Bethania Personal Care Home, 1045 Concordia Avenue. Interment at Assumption Cemetery, 3990 Portage Avenue.
