GIUSEPPE CALIGIURI Peacefully, on Friday November 12, 1999, Giuseppe Caligiuri, beloved father and grandfather, passed away at Seven Oaks Hospital at the age of 85 years. Giuseppe was deeply loved and will be sadly missed by his children, two daughters, Angelina (Frank) Masi, Concetta (Alfred) Cantafio and his son Domenico (Cenzina) Caligiuri. He will also be lovingly remembered by his grandchildren, Mary (Bruce) Buchanan, Felicia (Frank) Rossi, Domenico (Buffie) Cantafio, Tina (Doug) Porteous, Chistine and Joseph Caligiuri; seven great-grandchildren, Ryan, Stacie, Daniel, Michael, Cody, Cassidy and Colton. Also cherishing his memory are brother Domenico (Giuseppina) Caligiuri and sisters-in-law, Angelina Caligiuri and Maria DAmico and numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his wife Felicia, his brothers Frank, Pietro and Gaetano, his sisters Eugina Tallarico and Carmella Caligiuri. Giuseppe was born October 20, 1914 in Amato, Italy and came to Canada in 1950. He devoted his time to his wife and family who he loved very much. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends. Prayer vigil will be held Monday, November 15 at 7:30 p.m. at Holy Rosary Church, 510 River Avenue. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Tuesday, November 16 at 10:00 a.m. at Holy Rosary Church with Rev. Fr. Sam Argenziano. Entombement will follow at Chapel of Eternal Memories Mausoleum, 1501 Waverley Street. Pallbearers will be Messers. Bruce Buchanan, Frank Rossi, Domenico Cantafio, Doug Porteous, Natale Caligiuri and Frank Caligiuri. Many thanks to Dads VON nurse Laura Wolfe-Paulic, the staff on the fifth floor of Seven Oaks Hospital and Rev. Fr. Sam Argenziano for their support.
