Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryLILLIAN KUTKEWICH (HRYNKIW) It is with deepest sorrow that the family members announce the death of their Mother, Grandmother, Great Baba and Aunty on November 13, 1999 at Deer Lodge Centre. Lillian was born January 5, 1911 and was raised and worked in Buchanan, SK until her marriage to Frank in 1939. Mom was a devoted wife, Mother and Baba, her life revolved around her family. Lillian will long be remembered by Larsen Avenue neighbours and Kildonan Horizons where she resided for the past fifteen years. Mom was predeceased by her husband Frank of 50 years in 1989 and her first born daughter Elva in 1941. Mom leaves to cherish her memory, daughter Marian and husband Harold Peppler of Revelstoke, B.C., grandchildren, Stacey and Darryl of Vancouver; her son Ed and wife Lilliane and granddaughter Chantale of Ottawa, ON; youngest daughter Betty and husband Wally Soloway, grandchildren, Suzanne, Dave and wife Shelly and great-granddaughter Jordan, all of Winnipeg. Lillian was the last surviving member of her immediate family, parents Andrew Hrynkiw and Julia Hrynsyshyn; brothers, Mike, Allen, Billie and Peter; sisters and brothers-in-law, Mary (Tony) Kistyshyn, Anne (Bill) Machuga, Sophie (Wes) Unick, Jean (Max) Melnyk. Lillian leaves behind her sister-in-law Irene Hrynkiw of Calgary, several nieces, nephews and her childhood friend Lilly Guspodarchuk. Honourary pallbearers will be Don Melnyk of Churchbridge, SK and George Benderski. Divine Liturgy will be offered for the repose of Lillians soul on Monday, November 15 at 10:00 a.m. at Holy Eucharist Ukrainian Catholic Church, Watt and Munroe with Rt. Rev. Mitrat Gregory Oucharyk officiating, assisted by Rev. Deacon N. Kohuch. Interment will follow in Holy Ghost Cemetery. Cropo Funeral Chapel in care of arrangements, 586-8044.
