Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryANNE TUCHONOWSKI Peacefully, on November 12, 1999 at the Riverview Health Centre, our beloved mother Anne Tuchonowski passed away at the age of 89 with her family at her side. Anne is survived by her loving family, sons, Lawrence (Dorothy), Edwin (Elaine), Ted (Bonnie) daughter Sally and husband Walter Churdy; grandchildren, Dale, David, Lisa (fiance Darryl), Brad, Danny, Matthew, Tim, Christine (Brent) and great-grandson Nicholas. Anne also leaves her dear sisters, Lena Hretzay, Irene Bodajla, Nettie Kyliuk (Bill) and Rose Molaro. Anne was predeceased by her parents William and Anne, sisters Mary, Dora and Olga, brother Metro and grandson Jonathan. Mom was a longtime member of Holy Eucharist Ukrainian Catholic Church, past member of Shevchenko, Millenium, St. Nicks Millenium and church choirs and also a member of various seniors clubs in the city. Special thanks to Riverview Palliative Care for their kindness and compassion and to Chaplain Glen for his comforting prayer offering. Prayers will be said on Tuesday, November 16 at 7:00 p.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main St. with Rev. Deacon Gordon Mendres officiating. Divine Liturgy will be celebrated on Wednesday, November 17 at 10:00 a.m. at Holy Eucharist Ukrainian Catholic Church, Watt and Munroe Avenues with Rt. Rev. Mitrat G. Oucharyk and Rev. Deacon N. Kohuch co-celebrating. Interment will follow at Holy Family Cemetery. Flowers are gratefully declined, donations may be made to a charity of choice.
