Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryEARL E. KIPLING Peacefully on November 12, 1999, Earl (Pop) passed away in Fred Douglas Lodge at the age of 96 years. He was predeceased by his loving wife Helen of 72 years marriage in 1994, and his son-in-law Don Kropla in 1999. Earl is survived by his daughters, Dorothy (Floyd) Fairclough, Phyllis Penn, Helen Kropla and Deane (Wayne) Gunn; sons, Walter (Joyce), Alvin, Gordon (June), Arnold (Irma), William (Gladys) and Larry (Karin) sister Nema Fletcher of Dauphin, Man.; 25 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, and friends. Earl was born in Berwell, Nebraska on January 18, 1903. He then moved to Tisdale, Sask. at a young age where he farmed in Sylvania, Sask. Pop moved to Winnipeg in the middle 1950s where he worked for Security Storage until his retirement. Public viewing will be held on Tuesday, November 16 between 7:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. in Green Acres Funeral Chapel (Hwy. No. 1 at Navin Road). Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, November 17 at 2:00 p.m., also from Green Acres. Interment will follow in Green Acres Memorial Gardens with Earls grandsons acting as pallbearers. The family wishes to express their appreciation to the staff of Fred Douglas Lodge for their extra care and compassion. Donations may be made in Earls memory to a charity of ones choice.
