CRESENCIO REVES Suddenly at the Seven Oaks Hospital, surrounded by his immediate family, Cresencio Reves, Sr., age 65, gave his life back to the Lord. Chris was born July 10, 1934 in Talim Island Binangonan, Rizal, and immigrated to Winnipeg in 1987. He worked at Co-op Chemicals, then at Ryan Forrest until his retirement in 1997. He was a very active officer, and member of Original Filipino Seniors of Manitoba since his arrival in Winnipeg. He was predeceased by his sisters, Paula, and Dorotea. He will be sadly missed by his wife of 44 years, Angelina Reves; children, Lind and Lando Pineda (Cherry Jane, Joseph Orlando) of Winnipeg, Julieta and Cecilio Javier (Mark, Ashley) of Winnipeg, Zenando and Annatyn Reves (Janice, Aldrin, Candy, Michael) of the Philippines, Carina and Napoleon Bulan (Alvin, Cherry May, Angelica) of the Philippines, Armando and Rosalie Reves (Sally, Jennifer, Robert, Howard, Armando Jr.) of the Philippines, Ernesto and Rita Reves (Diogo, Joshua, and Lawrence, Rosita and Alex Apolinario (Charles), Cresencio Jr. and Marie Anne Reves (Daniel, Desiree, Meagan), Janeth and Rocky Corteza (Justin) of Winnipeg; and by all the other relatives and friends. Lamay will be held on Wednesday, November 17 from 6:00 p.m. to 12:00 midnight at Knysh Funeral Chapel, 1020 Main St. Prayers being held at 8:00 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, November 18 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Edwards Roman Catholic Church, 818 Arlington St. Rev. Fr. E. Boyles presiding. At the request of Tatay Cris, interment will take place in his home town Talim Pt. Binangonan, Rizal, Philippines. KNYSH FUNERAL CHAPEL 582-0973
