HENRY HARVIE Peacefully on November 14, 1999 at Seven Oaks Hospital, Henry Harvie passed away after a lengthy illness at the age of 81 years. He is survived by his wife Dorothy of 56 years; sons Lawrence, Darwin (Gloria) and Roy (Joey) and daughter Shannon (Ted) Urban. Also 16 grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. His brothers Jack (Rose), and Wilfred (Terry) Harvie and sisters Mrs. Violet Wery and Mrs. Mae Fischer. Mother in law Mrs. Isabell Ducklow, sisters in law, Mrs. Eileen Allan and Mrs. Isabell Meffen. Numerous nieces and nephews. Henry worked for CNR for 15 years and then at the age of 40 started plumbing for the next 25 years until retirement. The family would like to thank Susan Edie, a true friend, who could be counted on. Also Wally Olson for coming to visit Henry and giving him peace of mind in his final years. A special thank you to the nurses and staff at Seven Oaks Hospital, 5th floor, Unit 7, for their special care. Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, November 18, at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Ave. Services will be performed by Mr. Wally Olson.
