Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryBRIAN FREDERICK KALTENBERGER With sadness after a short illness, Brian Kaltenberger passed away on November 15, 1999 at Health Sciences Centre. Born April 13, 1942 in Winnipeg, Manitoba age 57 years. Brian was predeceased by both of his parents. He will be lovingly remembered and sadly missed by his wife Silva of 38 years. As well, son, Brian and wife Sheila and their two children Brian and Ashley; daughter Shelley and husband Floyd and their two children Nicci and Kaci; son Mark and wife Laura and their two children Jay and Cortney. He also leaves his sister Beverly (Donald). He will be missed by his nieces, nephews and sister-in-law Britta (James) sister-in-law Ingrid (Jerry) and mother-in-law Gerda and many close friends, especially Jackie and Terry. Brian spent many years in trucking and construction and then worked with Corrections for several years. He also opened his own personal trucking business and later was a heavy truck salesman for Parkside Ford. Brian had a great love for horses and presently owns his racehorse "Dancing Witch". His "babies" at home, Misty and Cleo will sadly miss him. Brian took great delight in his grandchildren and they will miss his humourous antics. A memorial service will be held at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Ave. on Friday, November 19, at 3:00 p.m. Interment will follow in Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens. A reception will be held in Chapel Lawn Reception Centre. Heartfelt thanks to all the doctors and nurses of the Health Sciences Centre and especially the MICU Department.
