Ivan was predeceased by wife Christina; sister Iris Ingaldson and brother Ric. Ivan was born in Cypress River, MB on June 8, 1921 to Christian and Jean Nordman. He served in the army with #1 Motor Ambulance Convoy during the Second World War. Upon his return, he was employed by the Hudsons Bay Co. for 35 years until his retirement in 1985. In his latter years, his greatest enjoyment was his family and friends. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Ivans memory to a charity of choice. There is a bridge of golden memories From here to Heaven above, That keeps you very close to us Its called the bridge of love. Your memory is our keepsake With which well never part; God has you in His keeping We have you in our hearts. Those we love dont go away They walk beside us everyday; Unseen, unheard but always near Loved, missed, and very dear.
