Victor was born in Foley, MB and was employed by the Winnipeg School Board, retiring in 1983. Victor leaves to cherish his memory son Gary, daughter-in-law Darlene, granddaughter Jennifer and great-grandson Corey Ridge; numerous relatives and friends.
