IRENE GRACE MANN November 12, 1915 November 18, 1999 After a lengthy illness, on Thursday, November 18, 1999 at the St. Boniface Hospital, beloved wife of George Mann, passed away at the age of 84 years. Irene was born in 1915 in England, and arrived in Canada in 1945 as a war-bride. Leaving to mourn her passing are Kay Davis (sister-in-law) Ted Mann (brother-in-law) and many nieces and nephews of the family. Irene was a dedicated wife and homemaker and lover of all animals particularly her German Shepherds, Atlas and Axel. Irene was a warm, loving person; quick with a smile and words of love and comfort for all that came to know her. A constant support to her husband in all of his endeavors, as well as an avid gardener. African Violets seemed to bloom at her touch.
