IRENE MARY ROSS November 6, 1927 - November 19, 1999 Irene Ross passed away Friday, November 19, 1999 at the Health Science Centre with her husband Doug by her side. Irene was born and raised in Sussex, England and met her husband Doug during the war and were married in England on April 22, 1944. She came to Canada at the end of the war and lived in Winnipeg ever since. Irene leaves to mourn her husband Doug; Patricia Macsymic (Darren) and grandson Bradley Macsymic. Also surviving are family from England, sister Florrie Lukaszuzik and family, brothers Cyril (Dorothy) Vincent and family, Arthur (Irene) Vincent and family and Horrace (Jean) Vincent and family. Also sisters-in-law Irene Delisle, Dorothy (Charlie) Miller and Shirley White, all of Winnipeg and many nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her mother and father Elsie and Sid Vincent. Viewing will be held in Thomson Funeral Chapels, 669 Broadway, on Monday, November 22 between 7:00-8:00 p.m. A funeral service will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday, November 23, also in Thomson Funeral Chapels, with cremation to follow. The service will terminate in the chapel.
