Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryJEANNETTE FRANCES BELANGER Jeannette Frances Belanger died suddenly on Saturday, November 20, 1999 of apparent heart failure, while visiting friends in Calgary. She was 46. Born in Winnipeg, Jeannette attended Our Lady of Victory School, then public schools and finally Tec-Voc High School, from which she graduated in 1971. Until her untimely death, she was active in the schools Alumni Association. Jeannette spent virtually all her working life as a legal secretary and was involved in the Winnipeg Association of Legal Staff/Legal Secretaries Inc. She leaves to mourn her husband Glen MacKenzie of The Winnipeg Free Press; brother Emile Belanger and sister-in-law Lavinia and beloved dog Pookie. Memorial service will be held at 11:30 a.m on Friday, November 26 at Desjardins Funeral Chapel, 357 Des Meurons St. In lieu of flowers, donations gratefully received by the Canadian Diabetes Association (Manitoba Division), 102 - 310 Broadway, Winnipeg, Man., R3C 0S6.
