LAURA VAN WYNSBERGHE (nee VAN EENOO) In deepest sorrow, we announce the passing of our beloved mother, grandmother, great grandmother and great great grandmother on November 21, 1999 at the age of 91 years, at West Park Manor. Laura was predeceased by her husband Oscar in 1975; infant daughter, Bertha in 1935; her son Oscar and daughter-in-law Ruby in 1997; son-in-law, Jack Cheetham in 1971; grandson, Joe Cheetham in 1994; her brother, Rene and sister, Bertha. Laura will be sadly and lovingly missed by her children, daughters, Alice Cheetham and Irene Maes (Maurice) sons, Robert (June) and Gary. She will also be missed by her 12 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren; one great great grandchild; her sisters, Maria Bonne and Alice Brandson; many nieces, nephews and friends. Laura was born in Winnipeg on December 9, 1907. She married Oscar in 1926 and together they were in the dairy business in Tuxedo for 40 years. Laura was a member of the Belgium Club where she loved to bowl and play bingo. She crocheted afghans for all her family. Funeral Mass will be celebrated by Rev. Dr. Patrick A. Morand on Thursday, November 25, at 10:00 a.m. in St. Vital Roman Catholic Church, 1629 Pembina Hwy. Rite of Committal will follow in Garry Memorial Park, 1291 McGillivray Blvd. Viewing will take place half hour prior to the service. Pallbearers will be her grandsons Larry Maes, Darren, Rene, Danny, Donald Van Wynsberghe and James Cheetham. Honorary pallbearers will be grandsons David, Stuart and Willie Van Wynsberghe. The family expresses heartfelt gratitude to the staff of West Park Manor for the tender loving care given to Mom. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Manitoba Cancer Foundation, 100 Olivia Street, Winnipeg, MB, R3E 0V9, the Childrens Wish Foundation, 350 William Ave. Winnipeg, MB.
