T.L. (TERRY) MILLAR May 1, 1914 - November 23, 1999 Peacefully passed away at the Riverview Health Centre. Terry is survived by his wife of 59 years, Edith; his sons, Barry (Doreen) of Vernon, B.C. and Doug (Heather) of Winnipeg; his daughter Sharon (Jerry) Roddy of Winnipeg; his grandchildren, Lisa, Todd, Ryan, Eric, Christopher and his great-grandson Andrew. Terry was born in the Carman area but was raised mostly in St. Vital. He was an avid golfer with Windsor Golf Course being his favourite hang-out. Before his illness he enjoyed puttering in his flower garden and playing cards with his friends at the Imperial Veterans Legion. Cremation has taken place. A service celebrating Terrys life will be held Friday, November 26 at 1:00 p.m. in the Chapel at Riverview Health Centre. The family wish to thank the staff on CD1 at Riverview for their incredible care and compassion shown both to Terry and to all of us. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Terrys name to either the Riverview Health Centre Foundation or a charity of your choice.
