FRANK WELLNITZ Peacefully, with his family by his side, our beloved husband, father and grandfather passed away at age 62 in Grand Forks, N.D. on Friday November 26, 1999. He leaves to cherish his memory, his wife Dorothy; daughter and son-in-law Mandy and Mark Maeren, and grandchildren Cassie and Brent; son and daughter-in-law Mark and Shelly Wellnitz and grandchildren Cody and Tyler; his sister Patricia and brother John. Frank was a 27-year employee of Sears and retired in 1992. Since that time he has worked with the Rental Association of Canada side by side with his wife. Frank enjoyed the frequent trips to Grand Forks that him and Dorothy took, the several holidays they took to Florida and the times spent with his grandchildren who knew him as "PAPA" or "The POPS" or just Grandpa. A memorial service will be held in his honor on Tuesday November 30, at 11:00 a.m. in the Thomson Funeral Chapels, 669 Broadway, with Rose Ferries officiating.
