Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryLUCY JANE BRUYERE (nee STARR) Peacefully, after a lengthy illness, Lucy Jane Bruyere passed away on Saturday, November 27, 1999 at the Pine Falls General Hospital with her family by her side. She leaves to mourn her passing, her husband George, one daughter Pam (Errol) and her sons, Leonard (Jackie), Gary (Hollie) and Bruce, her grandchildren Tracy, Brenda, Stewart, Lori, Lacey, Michelle, Carrie, Nicole, and Steven, and also numerous nephews, nieces and friends. She was predeceased by one son George, Jr. in 1981, her father Henry James in 1987, her mother Flora in 1988, her brothers Cecil in 1981, Douglas in 1990 and one sister Eleanor in 1991, one nephew Jimmy Miller in 1974 and one grandson Brent in 1993. Wake services will be held at George L. Bruyeres residence. Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 1 at 2:00 p.m. at the Christ Church Anglican in Fort Alexander, Man. with Rev. Andrew Sinclair and Rev. Nancy Bruyere officiating. Pallbearers will be Bill Abraham, Phillip Starr, Eugene Bird, John Letander, David Bird and Howard Fontaine. Honourary Pallbearers will be Walter Starr, George Starr, John Starr, Leonard Bruyere, Bruce Bruyere and Gary Bruyere. The family wishes to thank Dr. Van Zyl and the nursing staff at the Pine Falls General Hospital for their special care and kindness throughout her stay at the hospital. Thank-you. God saw you getting tired, When a cure was not to be So he put his arms around you And whispered come with me.
