NELLIE M. FORD (nee KOWALCHUK) Passed away on October 27, 1999 at the Hinton Hospital, Alberta. Left to mourn her passing, her loving children, Martin (Sonja), Edmonton, AB, Randy of Vancouver, B.C. and Debbie of Quesnel, B.C.; also her grandson Thomas of Abbotsford, B.C.; her brothers, Steve (Mary), Winnipeg, Nick (Vicki) of Beausejour, MB; sisters, Anne (Merle), Helen and Janet (Len) of Winnipeg, MB; also numerous nieces and nephews. Nellie was born in Allegra, MB and lived there till she left for Winnipeg joining the war effort working for the Cordite Plant. After the war, she left for Robb, AB and opened a Bakery. After a couple of years, moved to Hinton, AB, where she opened another Bakery. After a few successful years sold the bakery and went into Interior decorating and stayed with it until retiring due to ill health. She made a lot of friends wherever she was, especially in Hinton, where she resided the longest. She also left two little doggies which were very dear to her. Funeral services were held at the Hinton Christian Centre, Hinton, AB on Saturday, October 30 at 2:00 p.m. with Pastor Jacques Belzile officiating. Interment followed in the Woodlawn Cemetery, Hinton, AB. Edson Funeral Home Ltd., entrusted with all arrangements. Vichnaya Pamyat
