Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryMILDRED KATHERINE BUTUK Peacefully at Tuxedo Villa, Mildred Katherine Butuk passed away December 1, 1999 at the age of 83. Mildred was predeceased by her husband Alex in 1979; her sisters, Mary, Rose and Ann; and brothers John, Joe, Ralph and Conrad. She will be sadly missed by her daughters, Carol (Brad) Jones and Joni (Joe) Bouse; grandchildren, Michael (Nora) Butuk, Mark (Doreen) Jones; and great-granddaughter Taylor Jones. Also surviving is her sister Ethel; and brothers, Peter, Chuck and Bill; and numerous nieces and nephews. Many thanks to Dr. Pearlman and the nurses on Station One at Tuxedo Villa for the wonderful care given to Mildred over the years, and especially in the last few months. Memorial service will be held 10:00 a.m., Saturday, December 4 at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Ave. Interment will follow in Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens.
