YVONNE BERNICE McEWAN (nee KING) Peacefully, in the presence of her family, on Wednesday, December 1, 1999, Yvonne Bernice McEwan passed away at the Health Sciences Centre at the age of 64 years. Yvonnes memory will forever be cherished by her husband and life partner, Neil; her children, Marian Wood (Gary), Rose Aceti (Tony), Carolyn Proulx, Bill (Michelle), Russ (Lorraine) Lynda (Lyndsey), Penny (Sue), Neil (Julie) and Debbie Beasley (Don). She was also a special mother to Wayne, Bobby and Tina. She will also be missed by 10 grandchildren, Tammy, Christopher, Denise, T.J., Christine, Jayme, Samantha, Chelsey, Brayden and Baby Beasley; two great-grandchildren, Kaylin and Cody, as well as brothers and sisters, Cedric, Adele, Glenna, Wayne, Robert, Margaret and Clayton; brothers-in-law, Wally (Betty) and Dale (Jacquie). Yvonne was predeceased by her parents Dave and Derina King; special son Steven; brothers and sisters, Marie, Mickey, Theresa, Vernon, Raymond and Clarence. Viewing for Yvonne will be held on Friday, December 3 from 7:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. in Wojciks Funeral Chapel, 2157 Portage Ave. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 4 at 10:00 a.m. in the Charleswood United Church, 4820 Roblin Blvd. with The Rev. Michael Wilson officiating. Interment will follow in Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, as an expression of sympathy, donations in Yvonnes memory may be made to Charleswood United Church.
